I am a PhD candidate in Information Management at the Tilburg School of Economics and Management at Tilburg University, in the Netherlands. My research focuses on the challenges and opportunities that organizations face during digital transformation. I primarily conducts (longitudinal) qualitative research in the context of military organizations, emphasizing the role of institutional complexity, information quality, as well as value creation and capture. I am also using other data and methodologies, such as fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis, to better understand the digital transformation process.
